A great book in the series, and possibly the most informative out of the lot. This book makes learning about your body fun and simple. It covers many of the most vital aspects of your body and gives you interesting facts, debunks myths and includes amusing drawings. This is more than just a health book since you come out of reading the book with a clearer sense of self and of your own body. A definite must for anyone - and the reading level is just right for any background.

Dr. Oz has managed to make an owner's manual about the body amazingly within reach of the average clueless-to-the-goings-on-within American. I say American because every other paragraph has a pop-culture reference, which, while a bit much sometimes, is part of how he gets through to his audience and describes the body so well. I have really enjoyed learning about my body, how it works, and how to keep it young, as well as learning about the most common diseases and problems that each area is prone to--incredibly informative!

This is an enlightening and entertaining...well, MANUAL is honestly the best description, addressing the most common ailments and health concerns of today. Real doctors, discussing real issues...I guarantee you'll find something that will make you say, "I didn't know that." A must-read if you are serious about your health and well-being.

This is THE book about the human body that is informative, easy to read and filled with humor. Written by two doctors, it talks about the different systems of the body, how to maintain it , why things go wrong and what to do about it. A GREAT book for someone who wants to take charge of one's own body !
