Although I had it "figured out" about half-way through, it didn't detract from the page-turning plot. I enjoyed the Southern rural phrases and mannerisms. Also liked the detailed description of forensic examination. I can't think of a thing I didn't like about this book. I've already ordered this author's second book, "K.I.A."
