Didn’t Like It

This graphic novel involves a detective with a mysterious past who is assigned a beat in a desolate, crime-ridden area of town. It's got a real film-noir feel to it, and the artwork is almost creepy sometimes in the way the artist shows movement.

I really wanted to give it more stars, but for me the story fell kind of flat. It was just another hard-boiled detective story that's been written a hundred times. There is some subtle humor in it, and for people who aren't as jaded as I am...
