This is a GREAT book written by a no-nonsense, powerful and practical Witch. She isn't namby-pambying around with the idea that love is going to cure the Charles Mansons of the world. There is both light and dark in nature, and as we are a part of nature, there is both light and dark in all of us. The key is how we focus these aspects. So get ready to get to work - this book offers a lot of practical, down to earth insight, and a few ideas that we in our perceived separation from nature might be hesitant to contemplate. Those of you who get grossed out by using fingernails, hair or blood in your spells may freak out a little bit if you read this book - but read it you should! Expand and empower your practice! By no means do I suggest that the author condones harming anything - that is not the goal of this book. Pricking your own finger for a little blood to bind a spell is about as harmful as this book gets. No worries!
