This book is the first in a trilogy on race and culture, migrations and cultures, and conquests and cultures. These are all scholarly works, more difficult to read than some of Sowell's more accessible books. However, if you enjoy history, economics, culture and how they intertwine, all three are absorbing and engaging reads.
