This is a great book about a boy who does not want to be in fourth grade. He also tries to get a girl named Judy Billings to like him. Once he figures out that Judy Billings likes his best friend he tries to act like him wich means he is going to turn into a rat. A rat is a person who steals things from little kids and pushes them of swings.
