“You go into one of Leonard's novels with the understanding that things never go the way you (the reader) or the characters in the book think they will. Leonard delivers again, this time with an odd, quirky ending that works because everyone pretty much gets what they deserve - which isn't always a good thing. But Leonard makes it work. Well.”
