It is a book of hope for terminal illnesses and eradication of strongholds in people`s lives. There should be no more tears. It’s a book of victory which explains and depicts the coming and existence of God to save amidst chaos, darkness, hopelessness and brokenness. It explains how the Holy Spirit called the writer and entered her as wind and how she started feeling the unusual sensation of the wounds of Jesus Christ on her palms, feet and side. The book explores, through events, unusual phenomenon and surroundings of the writer, the upholding hand of God, it clarifies God`s love and the redeeming and saving purpose of Christ the Saviour in our lives as our ultimate hope. The book reveals different people in all walks of life being healed in unexpected ways.
Through her spiritual journey, through her life, this book explains the facets of the Holy Spirit in symbols, who he is, what he is, his ways, God communicates to show his supremacy, himself as one and only God who created the universe and who loved the world by giving us his only Son Jesus, that whosoever trust in him and believe that he is the one and only Son of God who came to save the world, by dying on the cross, shall not perish but receive eternal life... We should be still and know that he is God, a God who will be exalted in all his ways by the all creatures. It reveals the healing power of God.
The writer upon being asked by those people healed and touched by the hands of Jesus; why God touched her like that, giving her the gift... she takes them back to her severe broken childhood maimed by rejection, poverty, broken family ties, loss of a mother in evil circumstance, a life marked by emptiness and struggling to be. She takes them further to her own marital chaotic marriage to a man with his own dark secrets, practicing witchcraft in the name of African traditional religion, an anti-Christ, anti- God, yet playing god...a marriage, an ill-fated marriage marked by death and loss that breaks the heart of any reader. It reveals how God pulled her out of that imprisonment and difficult stronghold. A book that explores what gay life is all about, the hidden forces, what really makes a person gay and what God says about same sex marriages. When we submit to God darkness flees.
Yet, we still have to fight the dark heavenly spirits...hence we have to put on the full armour of God. Ephesian6:12 “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” God sees her through, and in the process she is also being taught how to be pure and be able to serve him in his goodness, without fear of man and his cynical ways, she is being refined in a refiner`s fire like silver and gold. In this process she takes the reader with her and both emerges from the “fire” clean and pure, strong and knowledge is imparted to both through the healing hands of Jesus Christ. She is helped to fight Lucifer himself, “the father of all lies” and to be able to distinguish his presence when he uses other people through their weaknesses and worldly desires and also to know when he is attacking them. In the process of many chaotic events God Almighty is teaching her about himself in different ways that are very interesting, from movement, to symbolism, feelings, dreams, visions and eventually knowing his holy voice. The book is healing and prophetic and it is a life giving book to its reader as well as the writer. It is a book that goes naked before the Lord our God whom we must all give account of our lives!
The book vividly and truthfully reveals that when God calls you, then Satan himself advances, and when we go through spiritual warfare, we come out strong and our gifts of the Holy Spirit in full and complete effect, we know his voice and we follow him. This is perfection of the gift of discernment a necessary tool for pastors and all God`s people in this world. Know your life. Through different events the reader is taught how the Holy Spirit lives in us and speak to us in various ways, how to know him and understand him and unlock the key to a strong communion with God. Listen to his leading.
