A great story about a French girl named Cecile in 1853. Very authentic to what could have happened then!

OK, definitely not my favorite American Girl books- I don't like how the series is set up- I was confused cuz I read most of the Cecile books first. I know American Girl was just trying to mix it up, but I really don't enjoy how there's two girls. I think it would be more interesting if it just focused on one- or maybe half and half, just not the books mixed? Dunno.
Fun for just a read when you're not reading anything else at the time.
