I rarely read books in the spirituality genre, but I have to say that this book, written by The Monks of New Skete, has to be one of my favorite books read in years! The point of the book is obtaining happiness, and is written in a way that uses examples of people who have come to the monks on retreat, experiences of the monks themselves, and other related writings. Even if you don't have a religious bone in your body you'll find this book interesting!
