““This Time Around” by Delisa Ansah is a delightfully written novel for young adults. The depth and imagery used in the novel construction indicated that it was written to the young readers, and particularly, to her peer group. Notwithstanding, having splendid control of thoughts, ideas, and imagination with brilliant balance, the vividness and luminosity of this young author revealed great literary potential and value. In fact, this narrator shows great brilliant and skill as she takes you through an adventure of romance and suspense-filled settings that are strikingly consistent with the title. Indeed, she demonstrated the talent and flair of a gifted young author. Despite the superfluous use of strong language and sexual images, this novel ended beautifully, as if there was an epiphany at the conclusion. ”
