“As part of a church homily recently, I heard the preacher remind us that our water table is a predominantly closed table, noting that the water in the baptismal font contains molecules of the water that parted as the Jews left Egypt or molecules from the Jordan River at Jesus' baptism. I then went looking for a picture book that captured the same story in science, and image, and poetry. All the water in the World is a wonderful starter for 'green conversations' for listeners of any age.”
