This is a great book if you're already a committed conservative Christian and (no offense intended) already believe that everyone named in this book is going to Hell. I actually used it as a text when I attended the one semester of Bible college that convinced me I didn't want to be a minister. I studied the book a lot and if you're one of the folks who likes to argue with Jehovah's Witnesses then this is your best text (along with his book "Jehovah of the WatchTower"). I successfully used the material twice to argue J.W.'s who visited my house to a standstill where they just sat there saying "Wow -- I didn't know that" and I found it very satisfying.

The general Theology of each group is fairly well represented, as during that period of my life I also visited as many of the churches as I could find including the Mormons, J.W.s etc. to ask them what they believed in person. Keep in mind that those are both groups who believe strongly in trying to convert you, so some of the more "out there" concepts like Mormons getting their own planet to populate through multiple marriages and Jehovah's Witnesses limitation of 144,000 people in Heaven tend to be played down when you talk to them in person, so be sensitive.

Walter Martin died a few years back and I believe he funded a group called the Christian Research Institute, if the Christian right-wing is your thing, you might like their material.
