“Pimping Ain't Easy
Author Sexy is here with a fresh idea. Go to work as a correction officer to recruit women so she can be a madam. Now that is fresh and exciting. Deja Padilla has walked away from her marriage in true Tina Turner style: I want nothing but my name. Tired of being abused she walks away with the clothes on her back and her children. After some much needed counseling, Deja started a new beginning. I would of liked a little more background info on why she wanted to be a madam other then than it was a fantasy. Most people don't go through these lengths to bring fantasy to reality, but it was fun to read.
With the idea that corrections is the way to go, after graduating the academy Deja is sent to Albion Correctional Facility. There the recruitment of women begins. Deja enlists the help of Jheri, an inmate and a stud who has a way with the ladies. Jheri is smart enough to realize she can't pull it off alone. She gets the help of Nick, another stud who is very resourceful. As these two get the ball rolling they end up with a team of six girls, with the corrections officers being their biggest clients. Madame Deja is running a tight ship. When the unthinkable happens, can she keep her cool and handle the girls effectively? This is where it get interesting and makes you want to turn pages find out what is going to happens next.
I am ok with knowing there is going to be a part two. The problem I have is that there was no closure In this novel. For every plot and sub plot you have to wait for part two. There is a way to give closure on some fronts while effectively leaving us wanting a part two. This is the biggest drawback. I guess I will tune into part two to see how things turn out. I hope to get ALL the answers, as there are many lingering.
