• Sallie: First college friend to get married. Marries a man named Max.
• Louis: Pretentious jerk dating Ellen. He is about 90 pounds and wears the same rust-colored corduroys everywhere. He reads Kafka.

• Missy: Molly's oldest daughter. Spitting image. Isabella not too fond of her.
• Ben: Isabella describes him as a stoner. While he moves in to her apartment, they never formally discuss the move. Ben often abandons Isabella at parties and ignores her for long periods of time.
