“I read I Am Number Four ages ago. I vaguely remember being attached to the book in the hours that I read it. It was nonstop action and I just couldn't put it down. But for some reason I forgot that feeling. When I got The Power of Six and The Rise of Nine, I put the books in my TBR pile and there they sat - FOREVER! Finally, I picked up The Power of Six and couldn't put it down. Oh yeah, I thought. I remember all this action and excitement. I remember this heart-racing fear that Four and Six wouldn't survive. That something was going to happen to Sam because as a human he's just too vulnerable. Why didn't I read this book sooner?
Obviously, I really enjoyed this book. And I am definitely not letting The Rise of Nine sit on my shelf another day. I'm moving straight to it next. ”
