I just finished it and it was amazing. A must read with a bunch of twist and turns. If you're wondering what happen to John and Six, don't worry, the book switches point of views. Can be annoy at times (all the time actually) but still good.

The only thing about switching points of view all the time was that it always switched over at a cliffhanger. I was always tempted to skip ahead and pick up where one story left off. XD

I really like this young adult science fiction series. Each new hero that is introduced has a unique background as they struggle to come to terms with their powers and discover their fellow kind out there. While Marina sacrifices her former safety and closest protectors, John's trust with Sarah and Sam's safety is still questionable. The heroes continue to risk their lives as well as those of the people that grow close to them. However, hope grows in the unification of the nine Lorien Garde. Their powers grow stronger as they come closer together; each of their individual talents will serve to guide and aid each other.
