• Tess Davies: Servant girl trying to escape. She meets the love of her life aboard the Titanic and another man, who wants her dead.
• Alec Marlowe: Werewolf and first class passenger. The Brotherhood is keen on initiating him
• Regina Lisle: Viscount Lisle's wife. Strident task master with her staff. Intent on marrying off her son and daughter in America.
• Layton Lisle: Viscount and Regina Lisle's only son and heir. Chronic gambler, drunk, he is partly responsible for the Lisle's dire financial straits. Belittles both Tess and his sister Irene.
• Irene Lisle: Middle child of Viscount and Regina Lisle. English. Tess is Irene's maid. Irene is kind and loyal to both Tess and Ned.
• Mrs. Horne: Lady Regina's ladies' maid. English. Senior household staff member, orders Tess around.

• George Greene: Seventh officer of the Titanic. American, has a relationship with Myriam Nahas on the ship.
• Myriam Nahas: Tess's ship mate. From Lebanon. Tess and Myriam become close friends onboard the Titanic.
• Howard Marlowe: Alec's father. American. A titan of industry in the US. Head of Marlowe Steel.
• Mikhail Kalashnikov: *SPOILERS* *SPOILERS**SPOILERS* *SPOILERS**SPOILERS* *SPOILERS*for some reason , i thought he was going to be in love with tess , because in every book i read , the bad guy ends up loving the girl , and for some reason i thought that he had some good in him , deep down there , and i thought that when he becomes in love with tess , that good inside of him will come out , just like damon from the vampire diaries , but then i realized that theres no good inside of him , well , maybe there is , but he's hiding it ? well , doesnt matter , he's dead anyways !
• Lisles: The familie's last name.
• Beatrice: The youngest of the Lisles.
• Mr. Andrews: A designer of the Ship and who the staff go to sort out disputes before the go to the captin
• Gabrielle Dumont: A famous actress in Paris.
• Matthew: Daisy's son, Tess's sister.
