“Elisa is a princess that is going to get married to a King on her sixteenth birthday, then she will become a queen. Her kidnappers take her across the desert to their small camplike village. They want Elisa, the bearer of the Godstone, to help save their people. Elisa works on making a small army called the malficio, they will sting the Invierne camp. Elisa goes on a journey of war, courage, and love, in an effort to save her friends.
I really like this book because it was very detailed and I never got bored reading it. It always kept me on my toes, I was sad to have to put it down to eat and sleep. The plot was very interesting and unexpected. There was so many twists and turns throughout this book that kept it alive and witty.
The only dislikes I have for this book are opinionated. Many of the characters that I had learned to love, changed or died. It was a very sad ending but it also left you hanging for the next book. If you don't like reading trilogies, or avoid sad books, then this isn't the book for you.”
