“This book was an annoying teenage paranormal drama, I was hoping the series would improve since some parts have potential, but sadly no. The bleep thing is still cute, but overall the characters just annoy me and there are too many plot holes for my taste. I don't think i want to read the next book”Zombie Katie wrote this review Monday, May 14, 2012. ( reply | permalink ) Was this review helpful? Yes | No
“LOVE this series!! Can't wait for the third (and unfortunately, last) book! I'd like to see Jack get his due, Evie learn to control and use her abilities, and Arianna get some revenge on the Fey!”Kim Sheibley wrote this review Wednesday, April 25, 2012. “The second book to paranormalcy. Evie is going to die. Her gym teacher hates her not dislikes her but seriously hates her. The girls were playing soccer in her gym class. She doesn't think it is fair that she has to be playing soccer while lend is away at college. Lend is her shape shifting boy friend she broke out of ICPA. Evie gets called to the office becuase her aunt is there. Evie was thinking of all the paranormals who could pass for her aunt. when she bursted into the office it was none other than Raquel. Raquel is Evies former/closest thing she has had to a mother. Raquel works for IPCA. Evie walked out side with Raquel to her car. Evie looked up into the sky she saw a wispy cloud but she could see some thing shiny in the cloud. The cloud shot straight down towards her and it wraped its arms around Evie and took her up into the sky. Evie turned around and slapped her hand on the cloud things chest and started to suck out his soul. She only took a little bit enough were he would let go. He tried to let go of her but she just grabbed on to his foot. She hit the trees and landed on the ground the cloud thing asked her what she did to it then he started to scream at her to give it back. Cloud thing was revering to part of his soul.Evie walked through the woods she found a road and walked to her old house which is Lends dads house. She saw that Raquel was sitting on the couch and David (Lends dad) was talking to her. ”Charisse ^-^ wrote this review Sunday, April 1, 2012. ( reply | permalink ) Was this review helpful? Yes | No

“Also reviewed on my blog, The Vintage Bookworm. (http://www.vintagebookworm.blogspot.com)
Supernaturally was a great sequel! I've been dying to read this and when I snagged it from the library I couldn't wait to dive into it. It picks up closely to where Paranormalcy left off. The beginning was a little slow, but still overall enjoyable. Kiersten has a way of writing that even if it is slow, you still fly through the pages. Which is a great skill to have!
I loved reading about Evie and Lend. They are so cute and I could read page after page after page of them just doing nothing but spending time with each other. Lend wasn't in this book as much as I had hoped he would of been, but hopefully the next book we'll see lots and lots of Lend. *swoon*
Evie is a bit different in this book. She isn't as sarcastic or filled with fire or spark this time around, but she has a lot going on and she's learned a lot since beginning her journey. Totally understandable! It was kind of nice seeing this side of her and she was still an amazing character even without her fire. She was still sarcastic at times too, just not as much!
We meet a new character in this book too; Jack. He was a pretty likeable character at times, definitely hilarious, there was just something about him always off and suspicious. I'm not going to say anything more about him, though, so I won't give away any spoilers.
And Reth kind of redeemed himself a teensy bit with this book. We'll see how that goes! And as for Arianna, I love her. =) She's so funny. All the characters in this book have a pretty awesome personality, very real.
Overall, Supernaturally wasn't as amazing as the first book was, but still very enjoyable and I'm really excited to see how Kiersten will direct the next book. I'm really sad, though, that it's the final book. But also pretty excited about it to see how Evie's journey will end.
If you haven't read this series yet, get on it! The last book will be out soon! This series is filled with amazing characters, a unique storyline, and awesome writing!”
