- Detective Bria Coolidge: Gin's sister and a cop. Ice Elemental. Most stereotypical, least developed character in the series. Should have died in this volume and done us all a favor.
- Owen Grayson: Metal Elemental; Gin's lover; Older brother of Eva; Wealthy businessman, the essence of stereotype.
- Finn "Finnegan" Lane: Gin's foster brother with bright, green eyes; an investment banker with an affinity for gathering intel for the Spider. One of the 1% with a heart of greed and lust. Worst sidekick ever.
- Mab Monroe: Fire Elemental and worst "big bad crime boss," ever.
- Sophia Deveraux: Goth air elemental dwarf - has the best lines, consisting of shrugs, "ummph" and other such clever utterings. Without doubt, the most interesting character.
