“If you like the old pulp paperback mysteries you might like this. It was okay, but I got tired of it. Maybe because it was a gimmick - the 50th novel by Hard Case Crime with 50 chapters, each with the title of one of their books. Maybe the plot had to be convoluted to fit those "parameters" but while I finished, I don't know that I'll read another of their books. Just not my thing.”
