• Michael Darling: Now a small ten-year-old boy who is often picked on at school, looks up to Wendy, loves the Neverland stories she writes
• John Darling: Now, 16, no longer believes in Peter Pan
• Tinkerbell: Has traveled with Peter as a teen girl
• Mary Darling: Wendy, John and Michael's mother
• George Darling: Wendy, John and Michael's father
• Mr. Smee: the quartermaster/firstmate of the Jolly Roger, short, rotund with spectacles, very kind
• Mr. Starkey: gentlemanly member of the Jolly Rogers's crew
