“'Impermanence visualized' Andy Goldsworthy is a Scottish sculptor who uses nature and the physical elements to create his work. These non-permanent creations are visually beautiful and awe inspiring. Incredible and impossible formations, everything from a pattern of colored leaves in a stream, man-sized 'eggs' made from flat, broad rocks to icicle and rock sculptures. You don't have to 'get art' to appreciate Goldsworthy's masterpieces. Even more awesome to watch him work -documentary 'Andy Goldsworthy's Rivers and Tides' DVD is a must see.”
