  • Baig: People who have gas problems don’t make great lovers. They rarely succeed in bringing a woman to be climax.
  • Sunita: Simple living, high thinking
  • Sakina: Sakina had a woman’s sixth sense about her husband’s infidelities but never questioned him. As long as he did not bring in a second wife, it was okay by her. That was the way a nawabs, rajas and rich businessmen. He was both a nawab and a man of substance.
  • Boota: He was never a great performer but the variety he performed with is impressive: whites, browns, blacks, Canadians, Americans, Germans, French, and of course Indians from all communities and parts of the country: Christians, Jews, Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs.
  • Baig: Sharmaji, there is nothing Bishnoi or Brahmin about it. Love crosses all barriers of race, religion, caste, wealth and poverty.
  • Sharma: No matter how you make yourself laugh, you must have a hearty laugh at least once a day
  • Sharmaji: He tells them Hinduism is the only religion in the world which was not founded by a prophet but evolved entirely in the quest for the Eternal Truth. He tells them that Sanskrit is the mother of all the languages of the world. He tells them Hinduism is the most tolerant religion in the world, because it believes in the principle of live and let live.
  • Sharma: India’s caste system can be compared to the human body. The head is Brahmin, the arms and torsos are Kshartiyas – the fighting types like Rajputs, Marathas, Sikhs. The pelvis and the thighs are Vaishyas – the trading castes like Banias and Marwaris who look after the economy of the country. Shudras are the legs and feet on which the body stands. They do menial jobs – they are sweepers, cobblers, removers of carcasses.
  • Sharma: Elections come and go. One party of corrupt politicians loses, another party of corrupt politicians wins. Nothing really changes.
  • Boota: You know, when you are not emotionally involved with a woman you can hold out much longer than with one you love.
  • Sharma: Astronomy is a science first studied in ancient India. They knew all about the movement of the sun, moon, stars and about lunar and solar eclipses.
  • Baig: Array bhai, sex is on everyone’s mind, Some more, some less, but it is there
  • Boota: If you have lots of money, no matter where it comes from, you can enjoy the best of food, live in comfort, enjoy holidays in the hills during summer and get the best of doctors and medicines when you fall ill.
  • Sharma: One should know one’s age and behave accordingly.
