“Although the premise was good, the book itself was choppy & jumpy and I'd be reading one scene and it would be cut and something inserted.....
I do not like the dual "romance", this is NOT Stephanie Plum and it is tiresome that almost every-other paragraph she's interrupting the flow blathering on about how "Hot" someone in & inserting uninteresting & unnecessary sexual innuendos.
The book could have been so very much better. Author needs to decide if she is writing a Psychic/ghostly mystery or a triangular blathering romance. Also, while I do enjoy vintage clothing, there were a bit too many details that dragged on & on. Also one very large glaring mistake, while talking about a Kimono she wrote that there were silk frog clasps/closures on it. This is not true, frog closures are on Chinese clothing, not Japanese”
