Bethany was tricked. She's on the fiery place of Hades where Jake is the prince and a ruler. She tries to escape but as she delve in the place the more she thinks that it's the best for them. There, she was given a choice: to save her loved ones including the safety of Xavier by giving up herself or will she let them go straight in the hole of danger?

  • Bethany Church: An angel in human form in love with Xavier Woods. She is sent to Earth to stop the uprising of dark forces that are causing humans to turn away from God and succumb to temptations.
  • Xavier Woods: A mortal who fell deeply in love with Bethany. He has become part of Bethany's family and knows that Ivy, Gabriel and Beth are angels.
  • Gabriel Church: He is Beth's "brother" on Earth. Along with Bethany and Ivy, he has a mission on Earth, to thwart evil. Gabriel cares for all human beings but protects Ivy and Beth above all else. He is also the music teacher at Beth's school. Like Bethany he is an Angel in mortal form but of a higher order, an Archangel. Gabriel is the Archangel who expelled Lucifer and the other fallen angels from Heaven.
  • Ivy Church: She is also an Angel in a human form and she has healing abilities. She acts as Bethany's and Gabriel's sister. Ivy is a Seraphim Angel and her light contains her heavenly powers.
  • Jake Thorn: A British student that just came to Xavier's and Beth's school. He is a demon working for Lucifer, one of the original fallen angels, Arakiel, and says he has been looking for Bethany as his love for a long time. Prince of Hades, ruler of the Third Circle in Hell.
  • Tucker: One of Jake's human servants. He befriends Beth. Tucker helps Bethany survive Hades by revealing the River of Dreams to her and tries to help her find a portal back to Earth.
  • Lucifer: AKA "Big Daddy," main man and head of Hades. Ruler of the ninth circle, the most feared place in Hell. Leader of the original fallen angels. Has plans to use Bethany to trigger Armageddon on Earth.
  • Asia: Jake Thorn's very personal, personal assistant. She hates Bethany and tries to destroy her because of her jealousy.
  • Taylah: Molly's close friend who dies in Halo. Taylah warns Beth, Molly and their friends not to conduct a seance on Halloween to try to keep them safe from Jake Thorn. Taylah also protects Beth from the Hellhounds in Hades.
  • Molly: One of Beth's friends from school. She has a huge crush on Gabriel.
  • Hanna: One of Jake's human servants. She pledged her soul to Jake in exchange for a favor. Hanna's pledge involved saving a Jewish friend from death in the Nazi death camp at Buchenwald. Beth's maid and friend.
