I didn't really like it so I stopped reading it. Also, I realized, there were some inappropriate language in it. I don't mean to be rude, but............. I REALLY HATED IT!!!!!! Every other word was inappropriate, I don't like that!!!!

The Ashley’s by Melissa De la Cruz is about three girls who are essentially the “IT” girls of Miss Gambles Preparatory School for the Girls. The main characters the Ashley’s rule the school and they look down on anyone who seems to not have as much money as them, they always have the best designer clothes and their hair and makeup are done professionally. As for Lauren Page she was just a normal geeky girl who the Ashley’s picked on. But by the next school year her dad became rich and famous and she was a part of one of the richest families in San Francisco. But will her change be enough for the Ashley’s will they accept her now that she has money or will they treat her the same? And will Lauren be able to become one of them and tear them apart from the inside?
The Ashley’s was a really fun read I enjoyed it very much. In this book I always wanted to know what was Lauren going to next it was a book that you never wanted to stop reading. The author did a very good job with her imagery and making you feel that you were watching them and living through this time with them. This book is on my top 10 list and I can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

7th grade is ruled by a clique of girls all named Ashley. Lauren, the main character, wants to belong to the group so she can take them down. Lots of drama. 1st in the series.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I would defiantly approve and suggest all hasher’s and middle should read this book. It had so much drama and suspense. I never got tired of this book and I didn’t want to put it down. I could easily capture movies in my head of each scene and not one chapter was boring. Its not a difficult read or hard to understand. The author did a good job of letting the reading visualize exactly what was going on. If you like highs school drama, then it’s the book for you. It reminds me of the series “Clique.” There’s a group of three girls who’s all names “Ashley”, their best friends. They pick on another girl in their school who hey used to be cool with, but jealous and envy got in the way of their friendship with the head Ashley. But by the end of the book, the two other Ashley’s become friends with the outsider and the main Ashley gives in and becomes friends to. But in the mist, there's a lot of rumor spreading, gossip and drama between the four girls.
