Just read this one, interesting, but gets a bit redundant hearing about how great Starbucks is. I felt that most people with common sense and a bit of experience in the customer service world should be able to figure out the vast majority of these things on their own.

    thought the way the book was packaged was true to the brand.. from t colour schemes to the way the pages were conveniently numbered mid-way down the page to the corrugated cardboard used on the cover.. sure, one musnt judge a book by its cover but this one's packaging is way good.
