In "A Love in Time of War" first they faced the war… the love followed later. Peace was somewhere in between. One day he could have killed her on the other side of the front, on the next day he fell in love and what would happen in the day after it? All efforts to remain enemies appeared to be in vain. The borderline between their ability to hate or to love appeared a thin one. Differences abound in cultures, religions, languages, traditions and so on but a young Bulgarian girl and a Turkish officer met many more obstacles to overcome. Kidnapping her or escaping together provoking political scandal between the warring countries? His life had become like a Byron’s passionate poem and he entered in it madly and bravely. The war became past, the past became history and through the years only love is still alive in a very beautiful tale to remember.

In "The Last Secrets of The Ancient Island" a series of mishaps in an old town casts suspicion on a number of residents. Along a young graduate, who wants to prove the last mysteries of ancient sights in the nearby National Park are yet unexplored by historians and archaeologists, there appears an unknown driver, who has a tragic motivation to take his and another life. “I wanted to see the face, to look into the eyes of the dangerous driver who scared us with his crazy driving, caused a series of collisions and accidents on our streets and placing the life of each of us in danger and uncertainty. I still remember the squeal of the high-speed tires and the sense of an evil menace and I wanted to rage at him, to strike him. I expected…” Michael sighed sadly and, forgetting everything and everyone around him, he lapsed into the memory of that time. “In the hospital, I ran up the stairs and I looked in the room to peer over medic’s shoulder. There were a multitude of tubes and wires. The intravenous system and respirator were attached to the body in the bed, to keep the driver alive. I saw the ashen skin, dark rings around the eyes, fragile hands—they were already powerless to hold the wheel. The body was worn, similar to a shadow. It was a young woman who wanted to die, who searched for death on the road as fast as the car would go. And to take another life with hers so she wouldn’t be alone when she drew her last breath. We were born alone, we die alone, but life is our chance to live in love. If possible… and if we so wish.”

Ralph is a young graduate of a university and coming back to his native old town he starts again his research after the ancient sights, situated near by a National Park, which mysteries appear to him unexplored in full by historians and archaeologists. Having recently been jilted, he must deal with the consequences of loneliness. Unveiling the last secrets of the ancient grounds, Ralph encounters thieves and receives help by his older brother, the architect Michael Passion, who through his maturity and intellect not afraid to challenge the conventions of society. Ralph becomes involved in Michael's professional successes and personal troubles through his love affair with Kate Rule.
A sensitive mother of a 12 years old son Bob, with modern perspectives on raising children, Kate faces a family breakdown with James Rule, and despairs over her lack of opportunities to attain a better job and future. Kate struggles to live and work at something she loves. At the same time, her son Bob and his friend Al make plans to flee through the National Park to live in a remote place on their own.
Before the problems being resolved, a provoked series of collisions and mishaps on local streets drives each of characters under suspicion. There is an unknown driver, who has a tragically motivation to take his with others life.

"A LOVE IN TIME OF WARS" - It was a Palace, of which people addicted to history, orient, and beauty had dreamed of visiting. The best architects and carpet masters used their chance to leave a trace through the ages by creating a magical home that preserved the spirit of old traditions. The colorful walls and ceilings of the saloons, fine crystal, and expensive furniture contrasted with a simple, small bedroom where its resident preferred to spend hours in solitude and dreams. Despite there being a long time before the fall of darkness, with need for sleep to call silence over all rooms, to him it appeared too quiet around already. So much the better!

I consider myself a writer by soul because, although I have been working as a Recruiter in the field of Human Resources for years, in my free time, history and writing are the important passions of my life. I am more than happy to share both of them with you! Sofia, Sicily, Istanbul, Rome, Seville, London, New York etc. weaving scenes of legends and secrets, history, journeys, culture and ancient remains are my inspirations as well as stars, galaxies, the whole universe... Million thanks for being with me on my lifelong adventure through the ages, through countless earthly and celestial places, to meet my characters in their settings, to be part of their life...
