“You may have watched one of the Iron Man movies and wondered what S.H.I.E.L.D. really is, or maybe you are a lifelong Marvel comics reader and you want to know its history. Either way Jonathan Hickman’s S.H.I.E.L.D.: Architects of Forever is a very intriguing story. Many of the world’s greatest minds of all time have been in S.H.I.E.L.D., including Galileo and Sir Isaac Newton, and their mission has always been to save humanity, but as with most of Hickman’s work there is always so much more to the story. This is certainly a comic that needs to read at least twice to get everything.”
