• Melody carver: A part normie person who is dating Jackson
• Frankie Stein: Frankie is the daughter of Frankenstein in disguise.
• Cleo De Nile: Cleo De Nile is the daughter of the Mummy. She is trying to keep the RAD's from being exposed to Normies.
• Jackson Jekyll: He is the son of Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde is disguise. He is trying to help Frankie, and is in love with Melody.
• Brett: Brett is a normie. His girlfriend, Bekka, used to be friends with Melody, but turned against her when she found out Melody was working with Frankie. Brett does not want the RAD's to be exposed. He kissed Frankie in the first book, but was sent to the hospital for shock induced trauma when Frankie's stitches came out and her head fell off.
• Lala: Lala is the daughter of Dracula in disguise. She is one of Cleo's friends. She is a RAD.
• Candace: Candace is Melody's older sister, who knows about the RAD's and drives Melody around so she can help. She is boy obsessed and dresses in designer clothes.
• Billy: Billy is an invisible boy, and a RAD. He loves Frankie, but she doesn't know.
• D.J. Hyde: Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in hiding. He is Jackson's other side, and he comes out whenever Jackson gets hot and sweats.
• Clawdeen: Clawdeen is the the daughter of the Werewolf. She is Cleo and Draculara's friend. She is also a RAD.
• Deuce Gorgon: Deuce is the son of Medusa. He is Cleo's boyfriend, and a RAD.
• Bekka: Bekka is a normie, who used to be friends with Melody, until she found out Melody was working with Frankie, who, in the first book, kissed Brett and sent him into shock when her head fell off.
• Haylee: Haylee is Bekka's best friend and personal assistant. She is very smart. She is a normie.
• Nefertiti: Nefertiti is an Egyptian Queen and Cleo's aunt.
• Hissette: Hisette is a snake that Deuce bought as a gift for Cleo to tell her he was sorry.
• Viveka: Viveka is Frankie's mother. She is the Bride of Frankenstein and she is an RAD.
• Melody: Melody is a normie girl who finds out about RAD's from Jackson and Frankie, and try to keep them from being exposed.
• Jaydra: Jaydra is a professional photographer who offers Cleo a modeling job.
• Manu: Manu is Cleo's servent.
• Heath: Heath is a RAD and a friend of Frankie's and Brett's.
• Viktor: Viktor is Frankie's father. His great Grandfather was Frankenstein, so he is like Frankenstein Jr.
• Blue: Blue is the daughter of the Sea Monster. She is Cleo, Lala, and Clawdeen's friend, along with befriending Frankie. She is a RAD.
• Lagoona: Also knowen as Blue but called Lagoona in and on monster high. com
