Starts out a little slow. He has to build his characters and does not give yu much in terms of plot, only pieces to think about until about one third through the book. From that point, it is very intriguing and I enjoyed it very much. It is scary to realize that the U.S. government and perhaps others have the technology to watch us all the time, and the resources analyze, deduct, and to act on that massive data.
Sort of like the current TV series "Persons of Interest", with a twist.
