Life-changingly good book! Hard science (not just correlation, but many double-blind, control-based studies) about why physical activity makes your brain work better. Written by an MD, but very accessible & easy to read; talks about kids & learning, ADD/ ADHD, depression, alzheimer's disease & memory, anxiety disorders... huge laundry list of how & why your brain works better when you exercise regularly.
