“I remember reading several reviews, (Or maybe, just the same review several times) observing that Jane Charlotte was like a sci-fi Holden Caulfield. I fail to see it. The only thing they have in common is a soft spot for a younger sibling that they believe has a lot more potential than they do.I did read Catcher in the Rye a long time ago, so I could be remembering it wrong, but that's all I really see. Can anyone else find any more similarities?”
