“A great trio of short stories. Reminds me slightly of Chesterton's classic "The Man Who was Thursday". My recommendation would be to read the second story first, followed by the first and and the last. The outcome of the second story, Story of the Physician and the Saratoga Trunk, become a bit easy to predict, having read the first, and the mystery would seem much greater taking it on first. Also I believe this would make the reading of the first story, Story of the Young Man with the Cream Tarts, perhaps more suspenceful aswell. These concerns of permutation aside, an ejoyable read and a well spent afternoon.”

Plus, it's a short book so it's ideal to read while waiting. ”
