The place: a dry landscape in the Near-East. The time: about 20 AD. A motley bunch of individuals have retired temporarily to this barren place to fast for 40 days and get their lives back in order. One of them stays aloof: he is a young man from Nazareth, whose father has a carpenter's shop there.... Watch and see what happens. Not for the orthodox, but an absolutely fascinating read for anyone with an open mind for a remarkable view on things.
