The original 1912 edition of Mrs. Spring Fragrance was divided into two sections: Mrs. Spring Fragrance, which had seventeen stories and a total of 241 large-print pages, and Tales of Chinese Children, which was made up of twenty pieces, many of them brief sketches, totaling 102 pages.
