One hour to rewrite the past . . .
For seventeen-year-old Emerson Cole, life is about seeing what isn’t there: swooning Southern Belles; soldiers long forgotten; a haunting jazz trio that vanishes in an instant. Plagued by phantoms since her parents’ death, she just wants the...
Emerson Cole: A 17 year old girl who sees people from the past. It has been harder to cope with since her parents died four years before the story began.
Michael Weaver: Consultant for the Hourglass. Very good looking, not much older than Emerson.
Thomas: Emerson's brother and guardian, roughly two decades older than her. An very talented architect, his business partner/wife is Dru and they both love Emerson.
Dru: Thomas' wife. Loves Emerson like a daughter. She's amazing at throwing things together be it room-design or fashionable outfits.
Lilliana "Lily" Garcia: Em's best friend. Her only friend to stick with her over the years. Her grandmother owns Murphy's Law -- a coffee shop with delicious Cubanos and empanadas.
Jonathan Landers: The villian of the story. Currently head of Hourglass.
Liam Ballard: Scientist, Kaleb's dad. Founder of Hourglass.
Grace Ballard: Liams wife. Has the same abilities as Emerson.
Kaleb Ballard: Liam's son, and Michael's best friend. REALLY good looking and pretty obnoxious, though that's just his 'outer wall.' An empath.
Ava: One of the people who live in Hourglass. Connected to Michael somehow, she is stunning, very tall with dark auburn hair.
Dr. Cat Rooks: Works at the college funded by Hourglass (for people with 'abilities'). She is a house mother, described as being stunning and in her late twenties.
Nate Lee: He has time-related powers like Michael and Em. Lives in the college house with the others. A friend of Michael.
Dune Ta'ala: He has water-related powers. Lives in the house too. An exceptional researcher. Show all 13 characters
