“The book is a fusion of 1) a fiction story and 2) an explanation of the creative problem solving process with its tools. I found the framework part most interesting, but as a literary read the book is weak at best.

Introduction to each chapter and the appendix provide a great CPS reference overall. The book would be particularly useful to readers thinking of starting their own business -- since Jack is doing exactly that in the first half of the novel.”
