“This book is about a mouse named Ralph getting a motorcycle from Keith. He gets to ride the motorcycle. The main problem is that he lost his motorcycle, but he finds it. I'm not going to tell you the next!”

“This book is such a cute story about a mouse and his motorcycle. Students will enjoy this book and as a reading strategy the children can write about an adventure they would like to see Ralph take on his motorcycle. ”

“This book is one of my all-time favorite books growing up. I love all of Beverly Cleary's books, especially the Ralph series. Basically this book is about a mouse named Ralph who lives in hotel in California with his family. Ralph is an adventurous mouse who wants to go out and see the world, the hotel, but cant because he is kept in check by the housekeepers who want to keep the place clean and mice free. The story goes on explaining all of Ralph's adventures and who eventually gets to keep the motorcycle forever!

I would use this book in my classroom by doing the character dress up reading strategy. I think this strategy is great to use in the classroom because it allows students to be in the characters shoes and feel how they felt in the story. ”
