  • Belle: Twenty four years old. Sole supporter for her Dad who is in assisted living for his heart condition. Belle gains power over the four elements after drinking a mocha latte laced with a formula created by Dr. Roberts.
  • Rome: Agent with PSI. Rome is a tall, sexy man with dark hair and blue eyes.
  • Tanner: A 19 year old with blue hair and piercings whom Belle meets. Tanner is a bit of a player but really he is very sweet.
  • Vincent: Also known as Pretty Boy (by Belle.)
  • John Smith: The head of PSI. He is a good man but also a ruthless man who will do anything to keep up with the deadly Scrims.
  • Dr. Roberts: The developer of the formula that changes Belle.
  • Lexis: An agent with PSI. Mother to Sunny. A powerful psychic, she can read minds and predict the future.
  • Cody: An agent with PSI.
  • Brittan: Rome's older brother. Brittan has a military background but is not a paranormal.
  • Sherridan: Belle's best friend. Sherridan went to school with Belle. She currently works as a real estate agent.
