“I liked this book despite it feeling and looking differently from its predecessors.
Each writer and artist have their own style and I think that is why we actually enjoy the comics world so much, don't we?
If anything I thought it was too short: there are a lot of very interesting plot threads that could have been developed a bit more to the benefit of all of us (most of them actually). And the ending looked a bit rushed, as if they were running out of space. I know this was probably due to material/editorial constraints - real world ... there's a heartless b*tch. It would be nice if some day the Top10 multiverse could get the extended treatment and spin-offs other themes and characters get. I think it deserves it and there is enough material there for everybody to develop their own version of anything.
The art was indeed different - but not bad either. What I liked most was that the secondary characters got a more complex treatment than in the previous books. I think that gives it more depth.
