“I actually ended up with this novel as a mistake. Barnes and Noble changed the cover accidentally and by the time I got around to opening it and realizing the mistake, I had thrown away the receipt. This novel wold not be something I would choose, but nonetheless I stayed with it. The most interesting thing about Naomi was the way this man had no idea what kind of girl she was or was capable of being. He was totally unprepared to have her as a wife or had no business taking her in. She turned out to be a "Run-Around Sue", humiliating him in the process. Japan at the time of this novel was interesting to read about. Overall, the book was a bit of a disappointment.”
