I had someone managed to miss this title, until I read QUICKSAND, Iris Johansen's newest release featuring Eve Duncan. Megan Blair plays a small role in that book, so I searched out PANDORA'S DAUGHTER to get her story. I'm glad I did.

I actually started reading this book several times over the past year or so because a coworker told me how good it was. I just couldn't get into it. This time I made it up to page 200 of 365 and realized I just didn't care what happens next. I was bored with the shallow, annoying characters, who...

I, unfortunately, got a hold of the abridged version. I think, maybe, if I had the unabridged version, it would have been 4 stars!

I liked the characters and the ending of this page-turner.

I had someone managed to miss this title, until I read QUICKSAND, Iris Johansen's newest release featuring Eve Duncan. Megan Blair plays a small role in that book, so I searched out PANDORA'S DAUGHTER to get her story. I'm glad I did.

Megan is a doctor who feels empathy for her patients that's beyond normal. When she finds out that a real bad guy named Molino is after her, her world comes crashing down. There are revelations about her Uncle Phillip, memories of her mother's death, and the arrival of Neal Grady, a man who may hold the key to the powers that Megan has.

This was a good, quick read that I really enjoyed. I also like stories that revolve around the paranormal, so this fit right in. I'd love to see more books featuring Megan and Grady (who is a force to be reckoned with!), along with Jed Harley and Renata, two other characters introduced in PANDORA'S DAUGHTER.

Love her books. Liked reading something different by her other than Eve Duncan series.

I really liked it. The plot is a little bizarre, but cool.

I think it is very interesting. It captures my attention, making me feel as if i am one of the characters, rather than just reading it.
I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO THOSE WHO LIKE TO READ A BIT OF TRILLER, A BIT OF PSYCHIC AND A BIT OF ROMANCE.

I actually started reading this book several times over the past year or so because a coworker told me how good it was. I just couldn't get into it. This time I made it up to page 200 of 365 and realized I just didn't care what happens next. I was bored with the shallow, annoying characters, who seemed to argue constantly, the predictable plot, the tiresome romance, action sequences that are rare, brief and poorly written. I rarely quit on a book but this one's just not worth the effort.

Didn't care for this at all. The begin seemed promising and then it just went down hill.
