Write a ridiculously simplified synopsis.

First Sentence

At the beginning of St. John's Gospel, the evangelist solemnly affirms that "from the fullness" of the Word incarnate we have all received grace upon grace (cf. John 1:16); St. Paul affirms the same thing where he writes that in Christ "dwells the whole fullness of the Deity" and that, in him, we share in his fullness (cf. Col 2:9f.).
