I'm glad I finally gave this one a chance. I've had it on my tbr list for a while now, I kept looking at it and for some reason, always left it on the list to pick something else up. Born at Midnight was a fun read.

Going in, I knew I was going to have something to snipe about. I really...

When I read the reviews of born at Midnight from other bloggers, I really began to look forward to it. However, unless you’re still riding the paranormal/romance wagon, it’s a disappointment. That’s not to say I don’t love paranormal books, I do. Born at midnight was just so…it was like every...

Very interesting! I was hoping that the major mystery would be revealed but it wasn't. Looking forward to some more surprising revelations in the next book!

Kylie is a high school student who's life is beginning to fall apart. Her grandmother just passed away and her parents are getting a divorce and she is being stalked by someone no one else seems to be able to see. After a disasterous party that ends at the police station, Kylie's mother sends her off to Shadow Falls Camp. The camp turns out not to be for troubled teens but rather a camp for paranormals. Kylie is sure she is definately in the wrong place but is she? Story includes witches, werewolves, vampires, fairies, shapechangers, a love triangle, and a mystery. (YA-High School)

It's an okay start to a series but not my type of book. Like Twilight it drags for all of the book and then something happens in the last 20 pages.

Very interesting story about teens at a paranormal camp. Great touches of suspense and darkness with some light touches and humor filtering in. Both teens and adults will enjoy this book and the series that it kicks off.

A totally different take on the supernatural as it were. Young Men and women learning to deal with hormones and their fledgling and not so fledgling supernatural abilities. Sometimes or should I say most of the time they just don't work well together. Then there's the other issue romantic hormones and being torn between a gorgeous fae, and a hunky were who would want to chose?
