I read this book some time ago but really enjoyed it. The book is better then the movie.

I read this novel and enjoyed it very much. I think the writer has been successful to highlight the crisis of contemporary social problems of metropolitan cities like London to deal with problems of lonely parents with kids, suicidal attempts of a lonely mother separated from her husband, her quest for searching a peaceful life. At the time elements of true friendship, work and independent financial condition make her survive and adopt herself in her new condition of life. It is a must read...

    This book changed the way i thought of westernlife as i am an asian and i think it really is a good book and enjoyed a lot . i love the story it is both good fun same time educate u on things that u never give a shit about. i love the book
