“If you are into the DWJ's Chrestomanci series, The Pinhoe Egg is an excellent new addition to the family! The Pinhoe Egg was a great read! I really enjoyed reading about the members of the Chrestomanci castle, as well as the families in the country side around the castle. After reading Magicians of Caprona, Witch Week, and Conrad's Fate, it was nice to get back to the present day, to the castle, and see how Cat is getting along, discovering himself. I could barely put the book down. Definitely worth a read, and don't forget to check out the rest of the Chrestomanci series, as well as other DWJ titles!”
