Didn’t Like It“I read tis book because my sister recommend it to me but I actually thought that the book was kind of funny and it was very creative. Stein, a girl who was a mad scientist and didn’t like the same things other girls in her school do. My favorite character in the book was Franny because she was brave and smart. I liked the book because it shows that kids don’t have to like the same things to be friends.”

She likes to conduct experiments and play with bats, not baseball bats but fuzzy, flying bats. She loves school but doesn't have any friends. After talking with her teachers, Frannie decides to observe her subjects and create an experiment. She turns into a "normal" kid! But when one of her old experiments goes bad, only the old Frannie can save the day. ”

The book is mostly about how Franny doesn't fit in her new school. She pretends to be a girly girl when she's really weird and strange. The book is more for 3rd-4th graders because of the vocabulary. To be honest there was 1 word that I had no idea on what it meant. The conflict of the book is when a monster appears in the middle of lunch. Franny makes up an "good" monster to defeat the bad monster from the students lunch. A the end of the story franny becomes like a hero for defeating the monster. I would rate this book a 2 because although the book is interesting but I don't really like science fiction. ”
